Ella H Scharring-Hausen a former resident of the State of Washington now deceased owned outright the less popular version of the Footprints Sand Poem. Ella H Scharring-Hausen declared her less popular Footprints Sand poem public domain in 1968 upon the passing of her late  husband Robert Louis Scharring-Hausen publisher of the poem.

This business was founded to preserve the historical references of the Footprints poem origin and publishing history. Any person or website that promotes and misinforms the inaccurate and historical account of this intellectual property will be found Libel. Public Notice Posted June 22, 2011.
